Cloud Telemetry Inc. ("we") operates cloud-telemetry-api.com. This policy covers how we handle data.
What we collect
Account creation: name, email, company. Usage: API call counts and timestamps for billing. We set one session cookie. No third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
Telemetry data
Infrastructure telemetry that transits our pipeline is processed in memory and routed to your configured destination. We do not persist customer telemetry data to disk. Pipeline processing time is typically under 500ms.
Sharing
We do not sell data. Sub-processors: Stripe (billing), AWS (compute), Cloudflare (edge). No others.
Security
TLS 1.2+ for all connections. API keys are hashed at rest. Production access requires hardware key 2FA and is logged.
Data retention
Account data: active + 30 days. Telemetry: not retained. Logs: 14 days. Billing: 7 years.
